Kat has been expanding her horizons, learning how to use power tools, rebuilding a house, and...cooking! (cooking being her least favorite!). She made lasagna last night-we are so proud! I got the sauce simmering for her, and left everything out with the instructions. She put it together and cooked it. I came home from work to dinner already done!
We were expecting some of the family to pop in which is why we cooked at all...they didn't...they missed out...we enjoyed the bounty!
